Returns & Refunds
At our brand, we are committed to delivering timepieces of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Should you wish to request a return, we kindly ask that you review the policy below.
1. Return Request (14 Days)
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be considered.
2. Return Authorization
Each return must be reviewed and approved by our support team. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping (5 Days)
Upon receiving your return authorization, the item must be shipped back within 5 days.
Returns not dispatched within this timeframe will be automatically declined.
4. Condition Requirements
All timepieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition, including all original packaging.
Any signs of wear, damage, modification, or tampering will result in the return being rejected.
5. Quality & Responsibility
We take great pride in the quality of our products. To ensure fairness and integrity, all concerns must be reported within the stated timeframe. This allows us to properly assess and address any issues.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and carefully inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Policy Enforcement
To maintain a consistent and fair experience for all customers, this policy is applied strictly and without exception.
"Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you regret your purchase. The notification must be sent to us at info@sabr-watch.com. Your message must clearly state your name, your address, your email address, the order number, and which goods the return applies to.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared to the item's original value in the event of a used or damaged product."

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unclaimed packages
For unclaimed packages, 20 EURO will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and handling costs."
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects should always be reported to info@sabr-watch.com, where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
If we are unable to fix the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We will cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the event of complaints, we follow guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
